A small company with a specific customer.
KYP Solutions is a software company from the Philippines. We build for the businesses people remember: the milk-tea counter, the neighborhood store, the salon, the ten-person café, the online seller juggling three marketplaces and a COD ledger.
Most software for these businesses was designed for somewhere else, then translated. It assumes a stable connection, a finance department, card payments, and a tolerance for enterprise vocabulary. The businesses we build for have none of those, and shouldn’t need them.
So we build the other way around: offline-first, priced in pesos, money counted in centavos, GCash and Maya as first-class citizens, and BIR, DTI, and barangay permits treated as facts of life rather than edge cases.
A ten-person café should not have to learn ERP vocabulary to find out whether it made money last month.

Plain language
If a feature needs a glossary, the feature is wrong. Our products say “who owes you”, not “accounts receivable aging”.
Honest numbers
Every answer our software gives comes with the figures and reasoning that produced it. No black boxes, no invented confidence.
Priced for the customer
Plans start at ₱0 and ₱499. No per-seat tricks, no “contact sales” walls, no charging your bookkeeper for reading your own books.
What we make
Two products, both built on the same idea (record what happened, understand what it means, know what to do next):
- Kyp Stamping : loyalty, made local. One QR per customer, run from any phone beside the register.
- Kyp Business : the operating system for a small business. Deliberately not an ERP.
We also take on a small number of custom projects each year, on the same stack our products run on.
